Every morning, "Paulas" in the Marent becomes breakfast heaven with an impressive panoramic view. From 08.00 until 11.00am we serve best regional foods - from crusty bread to fresh egg dishes - you strengthen yourself here for the day.
At lunchtime and in the afternoon, our bistro is the place to be for foodies thanks to its fine selection of snacks and freshly prepared dishes. In the evening, the bar becomes a favourite Fiss meeting spot for both hotel guests and visitors.

The “Marent Alm” is an integral part of the Marent universe. Thanks to its location in the centre of Fiss, the alm has long been a meeting place for foodies, who simply can’t get enough of its honest, down-to-earth food. Marent Alm opens its doors from June 13th 2025.
