reservation information
Reservations are only valid in written form and thus also confirmed. However, we ask for a deposit of 30% by bank transfer. Free of charge via IBAN and BIC CODE.
Our prices are per person & day incl. breakfast, excl. EURO 2,60 per person/day local tax (children up to 14 years are excluded).
For stays of up to 3 days we charge a short stay supplement of 10%.
EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE
We are partners of the “European Travel Insurance”! Even if you are already looking forward to the holiday, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come in between. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Up to 14 days before arrival 50% of the travel price.
Up to 7 days before arrival 70% of the travel price.
Up to 1 day before arrival 90% of the travel price.
100% of the travel price up to or on the day of arrival
The place of jurisdiction is Landeck/Tyrol. The place of performance is the place where the accommodation facility is located.
We recommend that our guests take out travel
insurance which is presented in two different schemes:
Hotel Cancellation Plus: Simple travel insurance
Hotel Cancellation Premium: Extended travel insurance
incl. services after an accident, e.g. on the ski slope
(see the link on our homepage).
The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply to cancellations.
Arrival and departure
When you arrive, plan that the rooms will be ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. in winter and from 2 p.m. in summer. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
For arrivals after 18.00 o’clock an early notification is required or the room may be re-rented.
W-LAN
The use of the Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the hotel. Access details are available at reception. An in-house SUITPAD tablet is also available per room.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your hotel bill in cash or cash, by debit card or by credit cards (VISA, EURO or MASTERCARD). Please note your ticket limit!
PARKING PLACES/ garage
Directly in front of the hotel, the hotel’s private car park or underground parking (limited number) is available free of charge. The underground parking spaces are available on the day of departure no later than 11.00 a.m. In case of late check-out, please use the outdoor car park! We are also happy to help you with your luggage.
WELLNESS AREA & POOLs
Please understand that we do not allow children under the age of 14 to enter the sauna area.
Skidepots
The ski depots for all your ski equipment are located at Intersport Pregenzer, right at the valley station. We will cover the costs.
pets
We warmly welcome dog owners and their four-legged friends in selected rooms. Please note that dogs do not have access to the wellness area, the swimming pools, the sun terrace, the lounge and the restaurant. Please let us know in advance that you are bringing your four-legged friend with you when making your reservation. For dogs we charge 15,00 € per day.
smoking
Smoking in the rooms & wellness area is strictly forbidden and only allowed in designated areas.
Information:
Guests that stay at one of the designated partner accommodations, are obliged to pay for the Super. Summer. Card. at check-in for the duration of their stay – no matter they use the services included or not.
Guests staying in a accomodation that is not a Super. Summer. Card. Partner must buy a ticket to use the cable cars. SUPER SOMMER CARD valid from 11th of June 22 till 16th of October 2022!
